Zoom centres on a range of unique solutions to roof assembly and incorporates many special features, each with massive benefits to installers. Dual and treble use components are innovatively designed to reduce inventory, simplify design and improve installation consistency.

Single Ridge:

One substantial section handles all permutations where some systems need 3 or 4 different variants to cope.

Multi Purpose Parts:

A single section covers the internal eaves, ridge and under valley cladding. The eaves and box gutter trim is used as a clip mechanism for the aluminium glazing bar top caps. The ridge and eaves connector is also used for reinforcing and joining these sections.

5 - 40° Variable Pitch System:

One single ridge and eaves beam solution for all pitches will reduce stocking levels.

Hook on Radius End:

The variable pitch bar to ‘D’ ring connector uses modern high performance material technology for a faster fit. Georgian and Victorian external radius end covers interlocking with the ridge cover for improved weathering. There are also individual square Georgian and round Victorian internal covers for a more pleasing aesthetics.

Variable Pitch Valley System:

Full length integral Glazing Steppers secure against slippage and uplift. The valley-to-ridge cover trim makes for an easier installation.

Moon Crest Ridge Cap:

Zoom also offers the option of a curved ridge trim for contemporary properties and roof configurations calling for a modern look, as well as the star cresting and finial for the more traditional designs.

Foiled Aluminium Top Caps:

Incorporating a PVC adaptor trim to ensure a positive fit, thus enhancing thermal performance.

Gutter:

To simplify fitting Zoom uses a Universal snap-on ogee rainwater system combined with a wide range of box gutter adapters. The independent box gutter easily attaches to the wall plate bracket and is used with the standard eaves beam.

Jack Rafters:

A simple twist to fit, 3 part bolt on assembly is used with the hip bar square bottom cap for improved internal aesthetics.

Up to 4.0m Projections:

A full range of heavy duty and extra heavy duty rafters are available to allow for wider spans.

Drop in Lead Flashing:

A contemporary designed wall end bar with channels to speed up installation whilst also giving smart, clean sight lines.
